Pastry chef Devin Braddock has worked at some of Miami's most celebrated restaurants. These days, she's the corporate executive pastry chef at Ariete Hospitality Group, which will soon be launching its own ice cream concept called Scoop Records (helmed, of course, by Devin).
While she's built a reputation on elevated desserts, she's not too much of a snob to appreciate freezer aisle novelties. So we brought Devin in for a Blind Tasting of some of the ice cream sandwiches you might find at your grocery store: Mayfield Creamery, Fat Boy, Blue Bell and Klondike.
